Ghelamco Arena

Since the completion, you can find us among the Buffalo supporters, because this project was a home match for us.
Since July 2013, the Ghent football club KAA Gent has played its home games in the Ghelamco Arena, which has been built next to the intersection of the E17 and E40 highways, on the outskirts of the city.
The KAA Gent stadium won the interior award in 2014 in the Sport category. In that same year, the stadium was also named Stadium of the Year.
The particularly compact stadium has 20,000 seats. The stand is completely continuous all around, just like the glass facade over the three floors. The canopy follows the grandstand but is curved over the longest side. The VIP entrance on the left leads to the club rooms, offices and facilities. At the back is a separate entrance for visiting supporters. All supporters have access to toilets, drink and dining options on the second floor.
The entire VIP zone and connecting stairwell were finished with high-quality ceramic tiles, stair cladding and custom work by STONE.
