For the E.SUN Bank branch in Taoyuan, the architectural goal was to design a space that reflects the institution’s core values: integrity, professionalism, and stability. In the banking sector, the physical environment must inspire confidence while maintaining a high standard of efficiency. To achieve this, the Altra Pietra collection was selected, utilizing a striking contrast between the warm Colosseo and the bold Fortezza Diorite.

The design uses the sandy, travertine-inspired tones of Colosseo to create a welcoming atmosphere in the customer service areas, while the dark, granite-like textures of Fortezza Diorite define the architectural borders and high-traffic zones. Beyond its aesthetic prestige, this Italian ceramic stone offers the durability required for a public financial institution. It is exceptionally wear-resistant, non-porous, and easy to maintain, ensuring that the bank’s interior and exterior entrance remain immaculate even with constant daily visitors. By combining these two complementary surfaces, STONE NV has provided E.SUN Bank with a timeless design that balances modern high-tech performance with a classic sense of security.
